Ditech Holding Corporation operates as an independent servicer and originator of mortgage loans,

and servicer of reverse mortgage loans.The company was formerly known as Walter Investment Management Corp. and changed its name to Ditech Holding Corporation in February 2018. Ditech Holding Corporation was founded in

1958 and is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

I was approached in the fall of 2017 by Ditech to redesign their brand. They wanted cool colors to aesthetically resemble successful financial firm logos (Chase, Pacific Life ,etc).

This two-tone mark represents how Ditech is embarking on a forward, and upward journey... "on the uptick", if you will. The "D" sits securely within the stroke of the square symbol.
